Cloud - Great Pyrenees and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Austin, Texas

Sweet Cloud has been through a lot, but this gentle boy is showing us that there's still so much hope in his heart. After being hit by a car, Cloud suffered a severe injury to his left hind leg and spent time in the hospital recovering. His leg ultimately needed to be amputated, and while he's still learning how to navigate his new normal, he's already showing us how incredibly resilient he is.

Cloud is a shy boy who needs a little time and patience to feel comfortable. He can be unsure of new experiences-especially slippery floors and unfamiliar surroundings-but once he feels safe, he's beginning to stand, move around, and gain confidence. He's eating well, has a gentle demeanor, and has been a very sweet patient throughout everything he's endured.

Three legs won't define Cloud. With time, patience, and a little encouragement, we believe this handsome boy has the potential to blossom into a happy, loving companion. He just needs someone to believe in him while he finds his footing-literally and figuratively.
