Bodhi's story before coming to us is a mystery, but one thing is certain—life wasn't kind to him. This sweet boy was thrown over the fence at our rescue, frightened and unsure of the world around him. Shortly after arriving, he became sick, but thanks to lots of love, care, and good food, Bodhi is now healthy and finally ready to find the forever family he deserves.

Bodhi gets along well with other dogs and loves to play. He can be quite vocal during playtime, happily barking as he races around the yard. He's also a bit of a klutzy goofball whose zoomies are guaranteed to make you smile!

When Bodhi first arrived, he struggled with resource guarding around food. With patience, consistency, and trust-building, he has made incredible progress and will now happily eat from our hands. While he can be a little shy when entering a new room or unfamiliar situation, once he feels comfortable, his playful and affectionate personality shines through.

Bodhi is crate trained and is looking for a home with someone who has experience with his breed or a similar working breed. He'll thrive with an adopter who understands the importance of continued training, structure, and positive reinforcement to help him continue building his confidence.
