DESCRIPTION
Meet Erling!
This little girl came to us as essentially a "feral" dog. She was fearful of every move we made, kept her distance in the very back corner of her kennel, and if a leash was introduced it was game over. After her initial decompression period, Erling started coming around to us. She started eating more regularly and allowing us to sit with her and put a leash on her. She even let our groomer friend come in and shave off her mats. All of this being said, she is still fearful and trying her best to trust people again. Being on her own for what we believe to have been months changed her and all we can do is show her love and kindness to bring out the puppy in her.
