Meet Opal - The Easygoing Girl Who Has Perfected the Art of Relaxing
Some dogs are always on the go. Opal has mastered the joy of slowing down.
This sweet, mellow girl is happiest when life is simple-cozy naps, gentle walks, a few backyard adventures, and plenty of time with the people she loves. She has a calm, affectionate personality that makes her an easy companion for just about any family looking for a loyal best friend.
Opal enjoys attention but isn't demanding. She's perfectly content relaxing nearby, chewing on a favorite bone, or curling up for another nap...and she's exceptionally good at napping.
Opal Loves:
* Cuddling
* Napping
* Chewing bones
* Exploring the backyard
* Quiet walks
* Relaxing with her people
* Peaceful days at home
Opal's Favorite Thing:
A cozy place to nap.
Her ideal day is wonderfully simple: sleep all night, wake up to go potty, eat breakfast...and then head right back to bed for another nap. If relaxation were an Olympic sport, Opal would be bringing home the gold medal.
A Sweet, Gentle Soul:
Opal is incredibly loving and easygoing. She enjoys spending time with her people but also has an independent side that allows her to quietly entertain herself.
She loves other dogs and is currently doing great with her foster's resident dog. Because she initially showed a little resource guarding during introductions, she'll need slow, proper introductions to any new canine companions. Once she's comfortable, she settles in beautifully.
Her foster describes her perfectly as "relaxed, loving, and chill".
