Carter is under-socialized and still learning everything about family life. He is not yet fully accustomed to being indoors and will need guidance with leash walking, house-training, crate-training, and all the basics. Because fear can cause him to bolt, a physical secure fenced yard is required. He would do best in homes without small children, not because he is aggressive, but because he is still unsure and need a calm, predictable environment to build confidence.
