Meet Snowy!

Snowy is a 5 year old 50 lb Lab/Great Pyrenees mix that is finally ready to find her forever home! Snowy was rescued after living on the streets for over a year with several other dogs. When she came to Saving Hope she didn’t trust humans and was completely shut down. For the last two months Snowy has been living with her foster and loves being a treasured member of a family.

Snowy absolutely needs a home where there is another dog (or two!) She is still working on her confidence so she looks to her foster siblings for guidance. Snowy will also need someone who is patient while she learns a new routine. Snowy is house trained, potty trained, spayed, UTD on all her shots and does not require a crate when left alone...which is good because she is not a fan of them! She would do better in a home with older children that will respect her boundaries while she settles in.

Snowy is amazing and I have loved watching her grow. When she opens up, her personality is goofy and playful. She loves running around in the yard with her foster siblings and snuggling up on her bed when she is done. This girl loves treats, playing with toys, chewing on sticks and getting scratches from her humans. These are all new things for her!
