DESCRIPTION
Meet Schnitzel!
Schnitzel is a 11 month-old Great Dane/Irish Wolfhound mix with a heart as big as his paws! He came into rescue with limited socialization but has made amazing progress and continues to grow in confidence every day.
He may take a little time to warm up to new people, but once you’re in his circle, you’re his person! He’s a total lovebug who adores his family and firmly believes he’s a lap dog (personal space is not his thing!).
Schnitzel gets along great with other dogs and cats. He can live around fenced chickens but will need a home without free-ranging poultry. Despite his size, he’s not overly energetic and is just as happy lounging on the porch with his people as he is going for a leisurely walk.
He’s goofy, gentle, affectionate, and incredibly loyal. If you’re looking for a big-hearted best friend who loves to lean in for cuddles and be wherever you are, Schnitzel might just be your guy!
