DESCRIPTION
Meet Atlas! This handsome 140-pound Great Dane found himself in rescue through no fault of his own and is now looking for a family to call his own. Atlas is a gentle giant who gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and absolutely adores kids. He was a star during the Rhody Day Parade, soaking up all the attention and affection from everyone he met. Atlas also walks beautifully on a leash with very little pulling and rides great in the car, making him an easy companion wherever life takes you.
Like a true Great Dane, Atlas is a laid-back guy who loves lounging in his comfy bed and sometimes would rather stay there than head outside. His easygoing personality and loving nature make him a fantastic fit for most families. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate, 140-pound couch companion, Atlas may be the perfect match for you! If you're interested in Atlas, please complete an adoption application online at www.oregoncoasthumanesociety.org, give us a call at 541-997-4277, or come by the shelter at 2840 Rhododendron Drive in Florence, Oregon.
