Cali - Great Dane Dog for Adoption in Bauxite, Arkansas

My name is Cali, I was found wandering around as literal skin and bones. Due to my past, I am a little shy, but once I am in an open area that I deem as safe, I am the bravest, most playful dog ever. I love being around other animals, and am used to being with other dogs. I have been watching chickens and ducks running around, and even enjoy the troublemaking squirrels that like to tease me from up in the trees. I am affectionate, and love being pet and hugged. Children are some of my favorites to be around. I am a bigger dog, and sometimes have to be reminded about the size difference of little humans compared to me, but I am the best once I get situated with them. I would love to be in a loving home, where I am able to lounge and spread my long legs out comfortably. Now, here is the problem, there are people at the rescue who are OBSESSED with great danes, and even though I am treated well here, I think I am big enough to go to bigger places and be a part of another family. As much as I love the humans at the rescue, and appreciate them saving my life, I am looking for a place that is all mine.
