Have you ever wanted a dog that is as brilliant as he is beautiful? Look no further than Max! At just 6 months old, this Lab/Dane mix isn't just growing out of his paws—he’s growing out of his thinking cap. He’s got the sharp, eager-to-please intellect of a Labrador combined with the observant, soulful awareness of a Great Dane.
Max is an absolute dream for anyone who loves training. He is incredibly focused, highly food-motivated, and watches his humans intently to figure out exactly what you want from him. He catches on to new routines in a flash and is already making spectacular strides with his crate training and leash manners. He thrives on mental stimulation, puzzle toys, and learning new commands—honestly, he’s the kind of puppy who wants to earn his gold stars every single day!
When he’s not showing off his big brain, Max is just a giant, lovable goofball. He has two main modes: Turbo Zoomies and Velcro Shadow. He loves to bound around the yard with pure puppy joy, but the moment you call him, he’ll trot right back to lean his heavy head against your knee, looking up at you with those intelligent eyes to ask, "What's our next project, boss?"

Adoption Fee: $550

MORE INFO: Every dog with Wilder Souls Rescue receives thorough veterinary care before adoption. Each pup is examined by our vet and treated for age-appropriate needs. This typically includes:
* Full health exam
* Deworming
* Core vaccines (Bordetella, DHPP series, Rabies)
* Microchipping
* Monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention

IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. Wilder Souls Rescue requires a $100 deposit in addition to the adoption fee, along with a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract that states you must have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $100 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.

All of our dogs live in loving foster homes, where they can decompress, learn routines, and prepare for a smooth transition into their forever families.
