Churro is an approximately 6-month-old Goldendoodle currently in foster in Marfa. This friendly, playful boy enjoys exploring the world, being near his people, and soaking up whatever excitement is happening around him. He’s affectionate, curious, and always happiest when he’s part of the action.
Churro already has some great basics under his belt. He knows how to sit, walks on a leash (though he can still get a little distracted as there’s just so much to see at his age!), and he is housebroken. He is also crate trained, but like many young, social pups, he prefers not to spend long hours alone and would thrive in a home where he can be more involved in daily life.
While Churro hasn’t had extensive socialization yet, he has shown just how adaptable he is. When introduced to several dogs in new environments, he was briefly unsure at first but quickly relaxed and joined in and figured things out. His curiosity wins over any initial nerves, and he’s proven to be a gentle, even-tempered, friendly companion with other dogs.
Churro is a silly, easygoing pup who rarely barks and loves being wherever the fun is. His original family cares deeply about him, but recent life changes mean he’s spending more time crated than is ideal for a growing puppy. With continued guidance, playtime, and love, Churro is going to grow into an incredible companion that will fit well into almost any home!
