Lucy is a 6-month-old mini golden doodle. I feel like she is more the golden retriever part than poodle. She originally came from Maine. She was purchased there from a breeder by a traveling nurse from Louisiana. She brought her home and then had a family member get sick and blah blah blah don't have time for the dog etc. However, Lucy is fabulous. Here is a blurb from her foster mom:
Lucy has been living with her foster mom for the last what two months this is what her foster mom had to say. Lucy is an awesome dog. She's neat to hang out with. She is a little bit of a Velcro baby when you're sitting down, but it's sweet. Her size is perfect for that. She lives with me and my cat Walker, who is 14. They have been known to fist fight, but nothing you wouldn't expect. I take Lucy to any friends house that I'm going to play with their pets and she's always perfect like she's known them her whole life. She's a little mouthy when you first get up in the mornings and when you come home after being gone for a couple of hours. She does not mind sleeping in her kennel, but she sleeps with me. She is house broken, but will use a pee pad if she needs to.
She love love loves a charcuterie board and so do I.
She might be a little skittish at first of a man, but she comes around. She does have a sharp bark when she sees someone or a pet walk by our house. When she gets excited, she nips at my feet, but she's never done it to anyone else so I think she'll only do it to her person which will be y'all so be prepared. Anyway, she's not perfect but she is going to make someone an amazing family member. Lucy is a big hand holder. She loves to hold your hand while you drive and always wants to touch you. She is an amazing girl. She is fully vetted with spay, microchip, current on hw prevention and all vaccines.
