Howdy - Golden Retriever and German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in San Antonio, Texas

Howdy is an almost 2 year old, 90 pound German Shepard golden retriever mix. He is still very much a puppy at heart and doesn't realize his Size, but he is a complete sweetheart.



During his first few months, he went through puppy training and learned skills such as down, stay, sit, and place. He can walk on a leash. He is potty trained. Howdy sleeps in his Crate but prefers to have the door left open.



He is very curious and friendly with other dogs. He has had many trainings at a daycare for socialization. Howdy is kid and family friendly. He is a big chewer of his toys and chew sticks, always greeting you with a toy in his mouth.

Howdy would thrive in an environment where he has a purpose or job to keep him busy throughout the day and in an environment where he is around humans and other dogs consistently.

Howdy is Fully vaccinated, neutered, and current on flea and heartworm preventative.
