Meet Dipper!

Dipper is a Golden Retriever/Blue Heeler mix who looks much more like a little Black Lab. He's the smallest of his litter, but what he lacks in size he more than makes up for with sweetness. His favorite things in life? Cozy naps, snuggles, and being close to the people he trusts.

Dipper is still working on potty training and is making great progress. Once he's outside, he goes potty right away and then is ready to play! He's also learning that the big, scary door isn't so scary after all. Right now, he'll happily follow you out of his crate when it's time to go outside, but as soon as the door opens, he usually makes a quick dash back to the safety of his crate. When his foster mom gently picks him up and carries him outside, he quickly remembers that the yard is actually a pretty fun place to be.

Like his brother, Dipper is working on crate training. He currently shares a crate with Mercury and finds comfort having a companion nearby. While he's still building confidence, he's learning more every day that the world is full of kind people and exciting adventures.

Dipper is a little more reserved than his brother and prefers to take his time getting comfortable in new situations. Once he feels safe, his playful puppy side starts to shine, and his gentle, loving personality comes out more each day. He's the kind of puppy who forms deep bonds and will happily curl up next to you after a day of exploring.

Recently neutered and ready to find his forever family, Dipper is looking for patient adopters who will help him continue building confidence while giving him plenty of love, reassurance, and snuggles. With the right family, there's no doubt this sweet little guy's personality will bloom into something truly special.
