Charlotte and her brother were returned through no fault of their own. Their owners moved out of state and didn't want the trouble of taking their dogs with them. Charlotte is still the sweetest, lovingest girl, same as she was when she left in December. She loves everyone and makes dog friends easily. She is a gentle giant who needs some training but is a quick learner.
