Lou - Giant Schnauzer and Standard Poodle Dog for Adoption in Mobile, Alabama

Lou’s mom fell and broke her hip and is unable to care for her. She is asking us to find the best home for her. She is a 5 year old Schnauzer/poodle mix and weighs 80 pounds. The vet said she could stand to lose a few pounds. She is house and kenneled trained, but you must go outside with her when it’s time to potty. She loves to play with other dogs, but has some food aggression and needs to be fed separately. She does ok with cats and loves kids. She is a smart girl who follows basic commands such as sit, shake and down. Lou was heartworm positive when she was adopted two years ago, but she is now heartworm negative!
