Okain was taken to animal control because the owner wanted him euthanized. He moved from a large piece of property to a small home with no fenced in yard. Since he kept running away, the owner was going to euthanize him.

Fortunately, he is safely with his foster and has been neutered. Would do well in a hunting household. He spent most of his life doing guided hunts of upland game and waterfowl.

He will do better in a home WITHOUT small children. Fine with older children. Has good house manners and does well on a leash.
