DESCRIPTION
Meet Duke! I’m covered with sweet spots! You scratch me and I’m your friend forever. I especially love a good butt rub. Backing up and sitting on you, is so much fun. They really have no idea what breed my parents were. If you want to take a guess, great. At 80 pounds I’m a bit over weight. I’m on a diet and exercise program. I’m energetic so it shouldn’t take me long to slim down. I do have some obedience skills. The only problem is, I need treats to show them off. See you soon!***I am microchipped.
ABOUT: GERMAN WIREHAIRED POINTER DOG BREED
The German Wirehaired Pointer is a versatile and intelligent breed known for its distinctive wiry coat and webbed feet, making them excellent swimmers and hunters. With a strong prey drive and high energy levels, these dogs excel in various activities such as hunting, agility, and obedience. They are loyal, affectionate, and make excellent family companions with proper training and socialization. German Wirehaired Pointers require regular exercise and mental stimulation to thrive, making them a suitable choice for experienced dog owners seeking an active and devoted canine partner.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
