Howdy, taco 'bout a paw-some pup! I'm Taco, a curious and playful puppy always up for a good time. I'm an affectionate little taco, filled with fun and ready to spice up your life! I love to run and jump and play, but I'm also a cuddle bug who enjoys a good belly rub. I'm super friendly and get along with all my furry friends, so playdates are a must! I'm still a baby, so I have lots of energy and am always up for an adventure. I'm also a quick learner and super smart. I can't wait to show you all my tricks! If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion who will keep you laughing and on your toes, I'm your girl! Let's taco 'bout it and make some furry memories together!

Taco and her siblings were rescued from a deplorable situation where there were far too many dogs and little appropriate care. We feel they may be shepherd/lab mixes, with a birthdate around May 19. They are all active pups who get along well with other dogs. Taco weighs in at 10 pounds (at 8 weeks) so will probably be at least 60 pounds as an adult. Since she is still so young, she should not routinely be left alone for longer than 4 hours at a time. She will also need patience and training as she learns proper behaviors (she still bites with her sharp puppy teeth, so probably no small kids).

Taco is not yet house trained, but she is working on it. She is vaccinated, de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and micro-chipped. This puppy will REQUIRE A PHYSICALLY FENCED YARD. No apartments or condos for this dog please.

$375 adoption fee (includes a $75 neuter deposit)

HOW TO MEET: This sweetheart may be at the Livonia PetSmart on Saturdays from 11-3. Come up and meet this cutie and/or other pets. The Livonia PetSmart is located at South East corner of Middlebelt and I-96 at 13150 Middlebelt Rd Livonia, MI 48150. It is located in the back of the Meijer and Costco Parking lot. Our pets are in the back-right hand side of the store past the grooming and vet clinic.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ANIMAL YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WILL BE AT THE ADOPTION EVENT. Please email us if there is a specific dog you would like to meet to be sure they will be at the adoption event. We ask that you DO NOT contact PetSmart about our animals. They are kind enough to provide space for our adoption events, but are not involved with our rescue work.

IMPORTANT: An application must be filled out and approved before we will make special arrangements to meet a dog. A volunteer will review your application and contact you if your application is approved or if further clarification is required. We will make every attempt to contact APPROVED applicants within 5 business days of application submission (M-F), but this will depend on the number of applications received. If you do not answer all questions then your application may not be processed. WAG Animal Rescue adopts to homes that are best fits for our animals' needs, and not on a first-come, first-served basis. We are an all-volunteer organization, and regret that we do not have the resources to contact applicants that are not approved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
