German Shepherd Dog Dogs Available for Adoption in Whitchurch-stouffville, Ontario

HALO was pulled from a high-kill shelter into Rescue. She had been purchased but dumped at 5 mos old , the reason, not enough time. She was adopted and dumped again for, no time. The third adoptive family returned her because she nibbled, even though she is a pup looking for direction.

HALO wants a forever home with a Family who have German Shepherd experience as well as puppy experience. This beautiful gal needs commitment and time as well as gentle guidance and training.

HALO is under socialized at this time and that makes her fearful of other dogs. She can bark loudly at dogs when on leash or behind barriers. HALO is currently 68 lbs and is all legs and somewhat clumsy so even though she seems to love little kiddies, children should be older, 12 yrs or more.

We are working on her dog reactivity. We are also working on her desire to chase any movement, cars, bikes, etc, she is a very , cheeky, smart, exuberant, shoe-stealing, puppy!
