Our super sweet precious Ryker is finally ready to find his furever home! Ryker is a very special owner surrender, he comes from a home where he was very loved and the baby of the house so he will need lots of love and devoted attention where he goes! He is super smart and does know basic commands, he will also listen and come to his name. Ryker has been one of the sweetest German Shepherds we've ever gotten and he doesn't deserve to spend any more time in a shelter!

Ryker does seem to be weary around other dogs, he's only interacted with them through fences here but when others are calm and polite he relaxes and seems more open to connection. He would most likely do best with a friendly and submissive female or as an only dog for now until we can try him with more options. We have not gotten to try him with children or cats as of yet. Ryker deserves a chance to have a furever home where he can shine and show the potential he has, this guy is incredibly smart and would make the best companion for someone who needs a best friend!
