Rachael - German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in South Houston, Texas

Rachel is a sweet 11 week old puppy. Rachel is at the perfect age to begin lifes adventures with her new family. She is a happy, playful puppy who enjoys exploring, playing with toys, and soaking up all the love and attention she can get. Like all young puppies, she is eager to learn and will thrive with positive training, patience, and consistency.

Rachel is looking for a family ready to guide her through puppyhood and watch her grow into a wonderful lifelong companion. The love and time you invest now will be rewarded with years of loyalty, friendship, and unforgettable memories.

At 11 weeks old, Rachel is at one of the most important stages of her development. In just 2 to 3 weeks, after completing her third round of puppy vaccinations, she will be ready to safely explore public places such as parks, pet friendly stores, training classes, and neighborhood walks. This is the perfect age to begin socialization, helping her build confidence while learning to interact with new people, dogs, sights, sounds, and environments.

Rachel and her four siblings, along with their loving mom, were rescued from a Houston shelter after the entire family was placed on the euthanasia list due to lack of space. Thanks to rescue, Rachel now has the opportunity to find the forever home she deserves.

Rachel is fully vetted for her age. Her neuter surgery is pending and will be completed once he is at least 12 weeks old, following our rescues veterinary protocol. She will continue receiving all age appropriate veterinary care through our rescue.

Rachel will be fully vetted before traveling out of state. That includes three rounds of vaccines, neuter surgery, microchip, she is dewormed and current on heartworm prevention.

Adoption fee: 850
The adoption fee includes all veterinary care, a health certificate for out of state travel that states he is healthy and out of state transportation costs.
