Xena - German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in Shingle Springs, California

My name is Xena, a 5-6 year old, 55 lb. GSD with tons of love to give. Even though I recently lost my tail, (due to an accident) I am still that majestic, loyal German Shepherd that everybody wants and I didn't lose an ounce of love for my humans. In fact, one of my favorite things to do snuggling up as close to you as possible. Right now I'm learning to navigate this big world and working on getting by confidence back up, so I would love a calm household or a home with older kids who can help me feel safe and secure. I would probably be ok sharing my home with another calm, gentle dog as long as they can show me space and patience.

I am already house trained and walk pretty well on leash, making our daily strolls together a total breeze. I am also well out of the puppy stage looking for a family who appreciates the beauty of a calm, mature dog. If you're looking for a loving, loyal companion, a regal gal without all the drama, I am the lady for you.

I am current on vaccinations, spayed, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
