// // Meet Theo! Theo is a 6-year-old, 66-pound German Shepherd who is equal parts handsome, sweet, and easygoing. This mellow guy has quickly proven what a wonderful companion he is and would make an incredible addition to a lucky family.
Theo is fully potty trained and crate trained and settles easily into a household routine. He walks beautifully on leash, staying right by your side, and is happy to keep pace whether you're enjoying a leisurely stroll or heading out for a jog. He also rides wonderfully in the car, making him an ideal road trip buddy!
Theo loves being with his people and has made an excellent work-from-home coworker. He can be a little shy when first meeting someone, but once he's comfortable, his affectionate personality shines through. He especially seems to adore children—his tail starts wagging whenever he hears kids nearby, and he loves helping pick up his foster family's daughter from school.
On walks, Theo does well around most animals and responds nicely to a "leave it" command. He is reactive toward cats, however, and would be happiest in a cat-free home.
Theo is remarkably quiet, well behaved, and incredibly sweet. He'd be a wonderful family dog or an equally great companion for an adult household that enjoys walks, adventures, and having a loyal German Shepherd by their side.
If you're looking for a gentle, devoted best friend who is already trained and ready to fit right into your life, Theo might just be your guy! He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. His adoption fee i $300.
