Meet Furie, a 9-year-old, 62-pound German Shepherd with a loving personality and a big heart for people. Furie is very people-friendly and absolutely loves pets, attention, and affection from her favorite humans. She enjoys being close to people and is always eager to make new friends.

Furie is an active and smart girl who loves to play with toys and enjoys having something fun to do. She already knows some basic commands and is eager to learn more with her new family.

Furie walks great on a leash and enjoys spending time with her handler. She is attentive, eager to please, and loves having direction and interaction during walks and daily activities.

Furie would do best as the only dog in the home. She can become particularly excited when she sees other dogs entering her space and may need continued training and support with her reactivity. Our Behavior Team is happy to go over Furie's needs with potential adopters and answer any questions or concerns to help set everyone up for success.
