Django is an approximately 1-year-old, 65-pound German Shepherd/Alaskan Malamute mix who is looking for a new home due solely to a change in his family’s living situation.

This sweet, friendly boy really is the whole package. Django loves getting outside for walks and playtime, but he’s just as happy settling in at home and snuggling up with his people for a relaxing day on the couch.

Django has lived successfully around men, women, children of all ages, dogs both large and small, and even a variety of farm animals including pigs, turkeys, chickens, and horses. He enjoys playing with other animals and would be happy to have some four-legged friends in his new life.

He is also crate trained and genuinely comfortable in his crate. He sleeps in it at night and is happy to relax there while his people run errands. He’s generally a quiet guy, too, and isn’t much of a barker.

Django has no known allergies and there are no known behavioral concerns or special accommodations needed. He’s simply a young, loving dog whose circumstances are changing through no fault of his own.
