Fitz - German Shepherd Dog and Siberian Husky Dog for Adoption in North Olmsted, Ohio

Meet Fitz (deaf!), a gorgeous 9-week-old male mixed breed puppy! Born in the safety of foster care to a rescued pregnant mama dog, Fitz has received nothing but love and top-tier care since day one.
Thanks to a DNA test, we know exactly what makes this little superstar so special. Fitz is a unique blend of German Shepherd, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Siberian Husky (along with a few other fun surprise breeds mixed in!). Because of this powerful mix, we expect Fitz to grow into a large dog with plenty of brains, beauty, and energy.

Fitz is a happy, confident, and curious pup who is learning how to navigate the world. Because he is a mix of highly intelligent and strong-willed working breeds, he is going to be incredibly smart and eager to learn.

What makes Fitz even more special is that he is deaf! He does not let this slow him down one bit, but it does mean his future family will have the rewarding journey of teaching him using visual cues and hand signals. Fitz is going to be a big, strong, and highly capable boy.

To help him reach his full potential and keep him safe, Fitz strictly requires a home with a securely fenced yard. He needs an experienced family who understands working breeds and is ready for the unique, rewarding experience of raising a deaf puppy. His future humans should provide him with structural guidance, active exercise, and plenty of mental stimulation.
