Mango - German Shepherd Dog and Collie Dog for Adoption in New Westminster, British Columbia

Meet Mango! Your next adventure buddy!

Kids: Older teens, maybe
Dogs: Well-matched
Cats: No, thank you

At just 1.5 years old, Mango is a beautiful German Shepherd/Collie mix with a big heart, lots of energy, and so much potential. Sadly, Mango was abandoned by her owner during an eviction, but she’s ready to leave that chapter behind and find a family who will give her the love, stability, and guidance she deserves.

Mango is a loving, enthusiastic girl who’s always ready to go, go, go! She’s food motivated, which will be a huge bonus when it comes to learning new skills and building good habits. She’s still a work in progress and will need a family committed to her training using positive reinforcement methods only. With patience, consistency, and plenty of rewards, Mango has all the potential to blossom into an amazing companion!

A few things to know about Mango:
Training is a must - she’ll thrive with positive reinforcement, structure, and an outlet for all that energy.
Big girl bark - While she isn't a constant barker, a detached home may be preferred for the times she does exert her voice.
Loving, energetic, and VERY food motivated!

Mango still needs to be spayed, but she’s available for a foster-to-adopt placement while she waits for her procedure.
She is:
Microchipped
Dewormed
Flea-treated
Bloodwork completed (all results were normal)

Mango is looking for an active, committed home that’s excited to help her learn, grow, and become the best version of herself. If you’re ready for a fun-loving sidekick who will keep you moving and reward your efforts with lots of love, Mango might just be your girl!

Mango's adoption fee is $350, plus tax.
