Wilbur is a male German Shepherd who we guess is around 4 years old. We named him Wilbur from "Charlottes Web " being he was found at the County Fairgrounds. He was found wearing a orange collar. He appears to have some vision issues. If you know where Wilbur belongs please call our office at 330-725-9121. At this time we are letting him decompress and adjust to the staff and his new surroundings.
The Dog Shelter's adoption fee is $64 (cash or check). All dogs come with DHPP and Bordetella vaccines, microchipped, a current year dog license, and a certificate to be spayed or neutered (The Dog Shelter pays for it). If it is an owner surrender dog, more vaccine information may be provided.
