I'm Anakin! And I'm still searching for my foster or forever home. I'm more than ready to find my person and start the next chapter of my life!

I'm a handsome German Shepherd who's equal parts smart, goofy, and loving. I'm the kind of guy who loves having a job to do, a mind to keep busy, and someone to call my own. I already know how to sit, stay, lay down, and shake, and I'm fully crate trained, too! I'm a pretty clever Jedi, if I do say so myself.

I've been working really hard to become the very best version of myself. I'm open to a home with other animals or as the only dog, as long as I have an active family who can keep me engaged. I'll need an experienced person who can give me structure, set clear boundaries, be patient with me, and help me work through some behaviors. I'm still learning, and with consistency, guidance, and love, I know I can continue to thrive.

I was heartbreakingly surrendered when my previous family no longer had time for me, but that hasn't stopped me from having a big heart or hoping that my forever family is out there. The staff here love me dearly, but what I really need is a stable home where I can feel safe, build a bond, and truly belong.

I love going on walks, playing, learning new things, and spending time with my favorite humans. Give me a training session, an adventure, or just some quality time by your side, and I'll be one happy pup! In return, I'll give you all the loyalty, love, and devotion a German Shepherd can offer.

I may need someone willing to guide me, but I promise I'm worth the effort. All I want is someone who believes in me, gives me a chance, and never gives up on me.
