From living in a little cave with his 6 siblings... to learning what it means to be someone’s baby.
Luke is an 8-week-old Shepherd/Border Collie mix who just arrived in our care, and understandably, his whole world feels a little different right now. New people, new sounds, new surroundings... it’s a lot for one little guy!
He’s a bit scared and unsure, so we’re looking for a patient, loving family willing to show him the ropes and help him discover just how good life can be.
And we got a little peek at what Luke may grow into! Both mom AND dad were found with the puppies. Dad is a stunning, large, long-haired Shepherd mix, while momma is a petite little Border Collie mix. Both parents are incredibly social, and we have no doubt that with love, patience and the right guidance, Luke will blossom right along with them.
He may not walk through your door knowing how to be the perfect family dog... but that’s the beautiful part. You get to teach him.
Luke lived his first 8 weeks in a cave. Now we want the rest of his life to include soft beds, adventures, belly rubs and a family of his very own.
