Meet Milo

Milo is a 2.5-month-old German Shepherd mix and the shy one of his litter, but underneath that initially cautious personality is an incredibly sweet, affectionate little guy who LOVES to cuddle.

Once Milo gets comfortable, his personality comes right out. He loves being close to his people, soaking up affection, and will even give you a little bark when he decides he isn’t getting quite enough attention. He’s playful, loving, and happiest when he feels like part of the family.

Milo has done wonderfully with other dogs and has also done well with young children. He isn’t a huge fan of loud noises and can be a little cautious when first meeting someone new, but he warms up quickly when given a chance to approach at his own pace. When he first met his foster’s young sisters, they simply slowed things down and spoke a little quieter, and before long he was happily enjoying all their attention.

Milo hasn’t been formally cat tested, but he was around stray cats on the property where he was found without any known issues. At just 2.5 months old, he’s also young enough to adapt beautifully to just about any household with proper introductions and continued socialization—whether that includes dogs, cats, kids, or all of the above.

He’s currently working on crate training and may whine for a little while when he first goes in, but he’s only had a couple of opportunities to practice so far and is already learning the ropes.

Milo is a loving little guy who’s ready to grow up surrounded by people and animals he can call family. Give him a little time to settle in, and you’ll have one incredibly sweet cuddle buddy on your hands.
