Enya - German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in Klein, Texas

**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas**

There's no denying it; Enya is a beautiful German Shepherd (or a strong mix thereof). With all the intelligence and intuition of such a smart breed, this lovely lady was quick to understand our intentions were good and welcomed herself into our program with grace and ease. Recovered from a handful of unexplainable injuries, she's gleefully met everyone she has been introduced to including our office cats (but might have been just a touch too interested - dog savvy cats may work well, and she's showing signs of enjoying respectful, easy-going canine companions. There may not be anything to speak of in terms of basic obedience under her belt but she's a dream on leash and like the demure lady we've come to know her as would *never* soil her personal space! (can you say housetrained?) A chatty gal, she is without a doubt elated to spend time with people and has great potential to become and outstanding family pet. Now mended from her injuries and up to speed on preventative care, she is looking forward to her next chapter - one filled with love and structure that will play off of her brilliant mind and clever nature. It takes no effort at all to see her enjoying a stroll through a farmer's market or enjoying a beach day, and the sky is the limit on her potential! Dogs like her do not come along often, and for a lucky family or individual she is easily a once-in-a-lifetime companion. Perhaps she's looking for you?
