Meet Phoenix. She was surrendered to our shelter because her owners could no longer care for her. She is a sweet girl, but incredibly scared and anxious. We haven't gotten to know her too well yet, but we are working hard to build her trust. She's loyal and friendly, and once in the home we feel she will be your next best friend.
