Bear - Oopsie Daisies Litter - German Shepherd Dog and Husky Dog for Adoption in Kenai, Alaska

Looking for your perfect outdoor adventure buddy?! If so, KPAL Rescue has great news for you!!! Please say hello to Odin (formerly Bear from the Oopsie Daisies Litter). Due to no fault of his own, Odin finds himself in need of a new family. He turns 4 years old on July 10th and is a Husky, Malinois, German Shepherd mix. He has been great with people, dogs, cats, and livestock. He would be good with older kids. He's not aggressive but doesn't really like babies or young kids. Odin is great in the car and loves walks, runs, and romps on the beach. He even likes Skijoring and skiing in the winter!



Odin is not used to being in a crate but is not destructive. Odin is afraid of fireworks and gunshots. He loves to be loved on - so sweet and snuggly! He's good on a leash but tends to roam and doesn't have great recall. Odin would love to join your family for year around adventures!!!

KPAL Rescue dogs are vetted (spayed/neutered, age-appropriately vaccinated for Distemper/Parvo, Rabies if old enough, microchipped, etc.). There will be an adoption fee of $350 + tax so that we can continue to help other animals in need. KPAL Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue based in Kenai/Soldotna, AK. Adopters should be willing to travel here to adopt as we do not allow for third party transportation. As a foster-based organization, we do not have a kennel facility you can visit.
