Pita is a sweet, pretty German Shepherd mix. She was very scared in the shelter and is still very timid but her kind, patient foster family are helping her start to come out of her shell. She will need a home with people who are patient, kind and who are interested in gently coaxing this sweetie to trust and accept the love they have to give.

We think Pita would do best in a quiet, loving home with a secure fenced yard. Older children, or another friendly dog would be fabulous, cats are fine, too.

We start all of our adoptions with a one week sleepover to ensure a good fit for everyone.

The adoption fee for dogs 6 months and older is $150; this includes the spay/neuter, microchip, and current vaccinations as of the date of adoption.
