Kira - German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in Greenlawn, New York

Who is this gorgeous creature, you ask? Meet Keira, an approx. 1-year-old, 53 lb White German Shepherd mix (best guess!) with stunning looks and the sweetest personality imaginable. Keira is incredibly friendly and affectionate, and greets everyone with lots of kisses. She's also a total angel at both the groomer and vet, happily soaking up attention while trying to sneak in kisses at the same time.

• Approx. 1 year old / 53 lbs / White German Shepherd mix / House and crate trained
• Loves cuddling on the couch or bed and being anywhere close to her humans
• VERY smart, highly trainable, eager to learn and please, & responds beautifully to positive reinforcement
• Tug-of-war champion, but overall calm and easygoing. Rides well in the car, knows many commands, and learns in a snap!
• Loves back scratches, brushing sessions, and leaning against you for more pets

• Occasionally will mouth/air snap when very excited (or overtired!), but getting better, so older kids are best.

• Gets excited seeing other pups, but did very well in a group training course. We'd prefer she's an only pup to avoid potential issues. No cats.

•Microchipped, vaccinated, and spayed. Located on Long Island. Adoption fee is $600.

At the end of the day, Keira is simply happiest being near her people - whether she's chewing her toy at your feet, snuggled beside you on the couch, or gently asking for affection, she's honestly as sweet as they come!
