Clara is a beautiful, fun loving, affectionate young lady. She is guessed to be about 3-4 yrs old-past her puppy stage, but with plenty of life ahead of her. She was very loved by her kennel tech and the volunteers who got to know her well at the shelter where she found herself - they advocated hard to get her out & into a foster home where she could relax and flourish.
Clara appears to be a small, alittle chinky at 35-40 lbs, shepherd mix, who is house and crate trained , walks well on a leash , enjoys car rides. She has gone to several events and has done well with kids.
Clara has the best smile and the perkiest ears. She has a very soft brown coat with black markings . She is heartworm negative and up to date with her vaccines. She enjoys being with her people and will give lots of kisses. She is even tempered, likes adventure, has not been mischievous, and is just a great dog !
Clara does well with her foster’s pack of dogs- she can play will all sizes and match their energy or relax and sit in her foster moms lap. She has a very sweet personality. She knows her basic commands, is very treat motivated, and would enjoy learning even more if that meant she could spend more time with you doing it .
I believe Clara could fit into most any home. She can be alittle shy at first, but warms up quickly. She is ready to find her forever and to be your best friend !
