Dawn is a beautiful 3-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix with the gentlest soul you’ll ever meet.

As you can see, she’s wonderful with both cats and other dogs, making her an easy addition to a multi-pet home.

When Dawn first came into foster care, she was severely underweight, had no training, and was terrified of the world around her. Watching her blossom has been nothing short of amazing. Today, she sits on command, happily goes to her crate when asked, and patiently waits to be released. She’s eager to learn and continues to build her confidence and add new skills every day.

Dawn has the unwavering loyalty and devotion of a German Shepherd paired with the playful spirit and energy of a young Husky. She’ll thrive with a family who enjoys getting outside, exploring, and including their dog in everyday adventures.

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
