Through absolutely no fault of his own, Big Boy Buddy's world was turned upside down by a tragic family event. It's clear he was deeply loved, and navigating this big loss has been confusing for him. Like any loyal Shepherd, he just wants stability, structure, and someone to call his own again. He is a big boy in every sense, big paws, big personality, and that classic Shepherd watchfulness.

Big Boy Buddy is unfortunately heartworm positive, but after a veterinary evaluation, a less invasive treatment plan has been recommended due to his age. While he will need some extra management and care, this does not mean his life is on pause he is more than capable of living a full, happy, and enriched life with a family willing to give him that chance.
