54 lb. spayed female, approx 1 1/2 years old

-She may not be the type to make friends in the first five minutes--but give her a little time, a little patience, and you'll get to watch her personality bloom.

-She walks with just a bit of enthusiasm on leash before settling in. Outside, she preferred to quietly explore at her own pace rather than seek attention right away. As she became more comfortable, her playful side started to peek through. A tennis ball caught her eye, and before long she was pouncing on it and having a little fun.

-Once we headed inside, it was like someone flipped a switch! She happily zoomed around the room, tossing toys in the air and inviting me to play. Tug is definitely one of her favorite games, and she has a delightfully goofy side once she feels safe. She even has a funny habit of "talking" to you if you take a little too long handing over a toy or treat!

-As her confidence grew, so did her affection. She began leaning in for pets, offered a few sweet little kisses, and eventually settled down nearby to relax while I chatted with someone else. She enjoys treats once she's comfortable, takes them gently, knows sit and paw, and can even catch treats tossed her way!

-She'll do best with someone who understands that trust is earned, not rushed. A calm, patient home willing to let her move at her own pace will be rewarded with a playful, affectionate companion who loves toys, enjoys a little friendly roughhousing, and has a wonderfully fun personality waiting to shine. Because she can be slow to warm up and has an energetic play style, she'd likely be happiest in a home with older children who can respect her space while she settles in.

-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros

Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids
