Gunner was dumped at a construction site in Puerto Rico, surrounded by loud, scary machines and chaos. Terrified, he hid inside a storage container just trying to stay safe. Thankfully, rescuers found him before something terrible happened.

Gunner has no idea he isn't a lap dog and don't you dare tell him. He MELTS into you. He absolutely loves to snuggle and enters a coma when you give him belly rubs. Under those big ears is just a soft, sweet puppy who just wants comfort, kindness, and someone to trust.

Gunner also has a tiny little club foot, but vets say it is completely fine and purely cosmetic — it doesn’t slow him down one bit and there is nothing medically wrong with him. If anything, it just makes him look like he’s salsa dancing when he walks, which honestly makes him even more adorable.
