Meet Satellite, better known as Bubba! This handsome 4-year-old German Shepherd is a big fan of the simple things in life: a good game of fetch, a walk around the neighbourhood, and being wherever his people are. He's affectionate, playful, fully housetrained, and has no problem making himself comfortable in your bed. Personal space? Not really his thing.

Bubba would love a home with a backyard, some kids to kick a soccer ball around with, and people who appreciate a loyal sidekick. He's done well with children of all ages and enjoys the company of dogs his size or larger. Cats and small animals, however, are a definite no. He's also an enthusiastic squirrel chaser, so his future family should be prepared to hold on to that leash! Bubba can be a little unsure of new people and may bark when someone comes to the door, but once you're in his circle, you're in.

Bubba is a smart, loving dog who has made great progress in foster care. He'll need a family willing to give him a little time to settle in, continue working on his manners, and help him build confidence. In return, you'll get a devoted companion, a willing adventure buddy, and a dog who will happily supervise absolutely everything you do.
