Trini is a gentle soul who is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. She came to Hearts United for Animals through a transfer from Best Friends Animal Society and is now receiving the patience, care, and support she needs to continue building her confidence. She can be timid around new people and is taking things one step at a time as she builds confidence with the help of her dedicated caregivers. Every day, she makes a little more progress, showing that with patience and kindness, she's capable of wonderful things. While Trini isn't quite ready to jump into new friendships, she's working hard on becoming more comfortable with people and learning to trust. The biggest reward will come for the person who gives her the time and understanding she needs to blossom at her own pace. Trini is looking for a patient, compassionate family who will celebrate every small victory and let her grow into the confident dog she's meant to be.
