Luna is a beautiful German Shepherd who just turned a year old. She is ready for a fresh start! She was picked up as a stray and sadly never claimed, landing on euthanasia row before our rescue stepped in to save her. Adoption fee $300.
Now safe in foster care in Illinois, Luna has shown us what a sweet, fun-loving girl she truly is! She adores people and has a gentle, affectionate personality that wins hearts wherever she goes.
Personality & Behavior
Friendly & social: Luna loves spending time with her humanswhether cuddling or tagging along on adventures.
Dog-friendly: She enjoys playing chase and zooming around the yard with her canine buddies.
Cat-aware: Shes a bit timid around cats but doesn't show aggressionjust curiosity and uncertainty. She backed all the way across a room when our big cat growled at her, wanting no part of that.
Playful pup: True to her German Shepherd energy, Luna enjoys outdoor time and play sessions.
Ideal Home
Luna would thrive in a home that can offer love, consistency, and plenty of playtime. Shed do great with another friendly dog to keep her company or as a cherished solo companion for an active family.
