Roxy-I26048 - is a German Shepherd female, black/tan in color. She has a DOB of 11.18.24. She is spay, UTD on vaccines, on Nexgard+ monthly and has a microchip. Her adoption fee is $450.00 plus MN state sales tax.
She is being fostered in the Twin Cities/MN. We do want folks to come meet our dogs in person once there is an approved application on file. If you have another dog we want to do a meet & greet to ensure the dogs are compatible.
If you are serious about this dog, please go to our website and fill out an application: https://faerielandrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/.
We do not adopt our dogs to folks who live in an apartment.
She is very soft. She does not like loud noises or voices that are raised. She does enjoy getting compliments like: "good girl, Roxy is a good girl, nice job, happy girl, Love your wagging tail". She is house broken and crate trained. She is learning to walk on leash. She will need time to adjust & learn the routine in this new environment.
Roxy is a very kind, gentle dog that is craving love and attention. She will do well in a home with a 6' fenced secure yard where she can run and play. She will do best with adults who can spend time with her & are very gentle folks. A home needs to be more quiet vs active and low key. She is a beautiful young shepherd who just needs that 2nd chance at life.
As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed and been approved.
We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs.
We do not allow our rescue dogs to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system. We don’t adopt our dogs to folks who plan to have the dogs living outside 24/7 or the majority of time or living in a kennel type environment
