Athena - German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in Anna, Texas

Sweet Athena is shepherd mix, about 5 months old, already 37 lbs, and still growing! She’s settling into foster life beautifully and showing us more of her personality every day.
Athena is a total sweetheart who LOVES belly rubs, is great with kids, and loves having other dogs around. She’s also doing fantastic with crate training and sleeping through the night!
Potty training is coming along really well too! There have been a few accidents here and there—she’s still a puppy—but she’s figuring out that potty happens outside and is getting better every day. We’ll take that as a win!
And apparently puppies are just furry kids because Athena discovered the sprinkler and had an absolute BLAST! She was right in the middle of it playing her little heart out. Just kids being kids!
