German Shepherd Dog and Husky Dogs Available for Adoption in Marshfield, Wisconsin

Hi there! I'm Rocky, a handsome 6-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix with a heart as big as my smile. I was surrendered to the shelter when my previous owner had some life changes, and I’ll be honest—it was a pretty challenging time for me at first. I wasn't quite sure what to think of my new surroundings, but the people here have been so kind. While it took me a little while to warm up and realize I was safe, my sweet and gentle personality is finally starting to surface.

Now that I’m feeling more comfortable, I’ve been busy showing off my skills. I love playing with my squeaky toys, I’m a total pro on a leash, and I consider myself a professional couch snuggler. I’ve even been very curious about the other dogs at the shelter and hope to make some new playmates soon!

Because I’m a bit of a sensitive soul, I would probably do best in a home with older kiddos who can appreciate my nature. I have so much affection to give, but I will need a little time and patience to adjust to a new home and routine. If you’re searching for a smart, loyal, and loving companion, I’m your boy! My adoption fee is $225.

We do not have open hours for public viewing of our adoptable animals. We are by appointment only.

All animals are vet examined, spayed/neutered, blood tested and microchipped. If old enough, they receive routine vaccinations.
