Meet Nyx! Nyx, also known as Nicholas, is a handsome 2-year-old French Bulldog looking for a quieter home where life can move at a pace that suits him a little better.

Nyx is described by his family as a very chill dog with a great temperament and some definite "old man vibes." He's a young guy who seems to appreciate his personal space, a calmer environment, and companions who understand when he's had enough.

Earlier this year, Nyx lost one of his legs following an accident. He's now an adorable little tripod, but losing a leg certainly hasn't changed how deserving he is of a wonderful life. What Nyx really needs now is a home that fits him.

His current household is busy and includes multiple dogs, and all that activity has become too much for Nyx. He has snapped at dogs in the home when they have repeatedly gotten into his space or face, and his family feels he spends too much time on edge. They love him enough to recognize that asking him to continue living that way isn't fair.

Nyx would likely be happiest as the only dog, although a home with one calm, respectful canine companion may also be a possibility with a proper introduction. He needs a home without children under 12, where his boundaries can be respected and he can relax without feeling crowded or overwhelmed.
