Sage doesn't see the world quite like other puppies—but she loves it just the same.
Sage is an incredibly sweet, playful 4-month-old French Bulldog puppy who approaches life with curiosity, confidence, and a heart full of joy.
Before coming into rescue, ulcers in both of Sage's eyes were left untreated. As a result, she is now mostly blind. The amazing thing? Sage doesn't let that define her.
She quickly learns her surroundings, eagerly explores, plays with toys, and happily seeks out people for affection. She simply experiences the world a little differently.
Because of her vision impairment, Sage will do best in a home that can provide a consistent environment and help keep her safe as she grows. Like any puppy, she'll also need continued guidance with potty training, house manners, and all the adventures that come with puppyhood.
She is:
Exceptionally sweet and affectionate
Playful, curious, and full of puppy energy
Adapting beautifully despite limited vision
Looking for a family willing to embrace her unique needs and celebrate all the things she can do
Sage will be fully vetted prior to adoption. If not already completed, her spay is included in her adoption fee and will be performed through our rescue veterinarian.
If you're looking for a puppy who will remind you every day that joy isn't measured by perfect eyesight, Sage may just be your girl.
